Every dataset for the term project, where to find it, and which stage it helps. Use the ID when you cite a dataset in a gate memo or the assumptions register.
Some datasets arrive messy. Cleaning them up is part of the work.
Start here
- Stage 1, find it: L2, L17, L5, L7, L10 — then L3 for Skaha; L13 if you are the opportunistic team
- Stage 2, move it: L6, L7, L9 — then L8 for what a real river temperature record looks like
- Stage 3, test it: L11, L12, L4 — then L14 for when the fish arrive; L9 for the river now
- Stage 4, prove it: L8, and the Lab 7 field trip — then L16; what Stage 4 mostly needs is what the other stages assumed

Wells Dam adult counts, public on Columbia River DART. Counts at Wells include fish bound for other rivers, so Canadian arrivals are lower. Okanagan-specific timing is held by ONA; ask the instructor before relying on it

Stepped downrigger casts off Kelowna with HOBO temperature and light loggers, holds at 25, 50, 75, 100 and 125 feet, one afternoon. Not available, and that is the point
If your work needs one of these, assume it. Say where you used the assumption. Carry its uncertainty through to your recommendation. In stage 4, treat these gaps as findings, not as roadblocks.
- The period, size or frequency of the internal seiche in Okanagan, Skaha or Osoyoos Lake. Nobody has published it; consultants hold unpublished measurements.
- The depth and shape of the intakes at Penticton, Okanagan Falls, McIntyre or Zosel.
- Depth-area curves for Skaha and Vaseux.
- Recent deep-water dissolved oxygen profiles for Skaha. Not yet confirmed either way. If it turns up, it joins the library.
