Scripts and first-plot resources
Each of these is an existing resource. Nothing here is new material. They are what the First plot column in the library points at.
Science Education Resource Center, Carleton College. Free, no account; the student handout, dataset and instructor notes download from the module page. Excel and R versions. Pairs with Lab 4. Use it to identify the thermocline and the mixing regime from a temperature profile before you do the same with L2, L10 or L17.
- (b)Lab 4 script, hypsography and profile workup in R
Reads a depth-area table and a profile; returns volume below a chosen depth, and density from temperature.

Same site as the Lake Mixing module. Free; Excel. Pairs with Lab 7. Use it to read a hydrograph before working with L6. Note the URL ends stream_discharg.html, without the final e; that is how the site spells it.
- (d)Lab 8 script, subsampling a high-frequency record in R
Resamples the L8 record to any interval and plots the result beside the original.

The support fades on purpose. Stages 1 and 2 have a first-plot resource for most rows, Stage 3 has the thresholds table, Stage 4 has the Lab 8 script and nothing else.
